Sandra Rice resides on Chebeague Island, Maine and spends her winters in The Villages, Florida.  After twenty-five years in the performing arts she moved into fine arts in 1990, choosing watercolor as her medium of choice.

Her passion is painting plein aire, the French term for painting out of doors.
